We had the menu with in total 7 dishes. The food is fantastic (high quality ingredients, very well prepared and creative). Selection of wines paired with the food nicely. Service was accommodating. Only suggestion for improvement is to explain what’s on the plate in even more detail / taking a bit more time to do so. For what you’re getting, prices are really fair. Highly recommended.

The sampling menus are very creative, imaginative and tasty. There is a non-vegan and a vegan version, both are truly delicious. With each of the menus there is excellent wine paring and you can have more or less of any wine at your choice (and cost). The service was impeccable and the descriptions of the food brilliantly done and very informative. The atmosphere in the restaurant was calm and tranquil

we went to this restaurant and i have to say everything was amazing! the staff was super professional but at the same time sincerely friendly and warm. we got the 7 course menu with 3 drinks each and that was around 340€. we were also full by the time we left which i appreciated since is not always the case with all high end restaurants. after we recently went to a 1star michelin restaurant me and my partner agreed that we had a better food experience at Brikz and I think that begs a review. i think that all the work and heart that goes into running this place can be felt by the people who visit it. a sincere appreciation for what you do and create here every day:)

An incredibly friendly and fascinating restaurant. We had 5 very unusual courses which were served to us together with an excellent, non-alcoholic beverage accompaniment. We really enjoyed our time with you and are already looking forward to what awaits us next time!

We had a fabulous meal at Brikz. We choose the 5 course tasting menu which was sufficient for all of us. Started with a couple of delicious amuse-bouche then after a couple of complimentary desserts. All super tasty & interesting. Extensive wine list which would benefit from more info inc grape varieties on some of the more eclectic wines. Service was attentive and friendly.

Great choice for fine dining, but in a casual environment. Definitely take the menu, the vegan option is also worth considering. There are great non alcoholic choices as a wine replacement! Very friendly, helpful and attentive staff!

Wanted to come here for a while. If you want to splurge a little and looking to treat your taste buds I can highly recommend this restaurant. It might not have a Michelin star but the chef Arne Anker has worked at multiple Michelin star restaurants (also a 3* Michelin) and this shows…other than that he brought out some courses himself and showed how passionate he is about food (and wine). We opted for 6 courses with wine pairings (and one interesting non alcoholic drink).
